In our campus planning, it is aimed to raise students as individuals ready for public life by creating environments where they can carry out activities other than formal education. Students from different parts of the world who prefer our university experience different cultures and lifestyles on campus. Student societies provide a dynamic campus environment with year-round organizations and events. Located on an area of approximately 740,000 m², our campuses are homes to social services such as academic buildings, application and research centers, laboratories, workshops and studios, as well as libraries, cafeterias, guest houses, student dormitories, ATMs, food and beverage vending machines, photocopy centers, health units and counseling centers. Our campuses have indoor and outdoor sports facilities, painting, music, theater, folk dances, handicraft activity environments, recreation and hobby areas such as culture, art and sports facilities.

Çankırı Karatekin University serves to its students with indoor and outdoor sports facilities set up in a total area of 21.443 m² in order to bring its students into society as healthy and balanced individuals both physically and mentally.

Social events and organizations continue throughout the year in the campuses.

Our university, which allows its students to ensure their social activities during the academic period, also supports the work and practices of the student societies in various fields. There are 42 student societies in our university.

Our library, located in the Uluyazı campus, has the capacity to serve 600 readers simultaneously with its 9300 m² new generation spacious building and reading rooms. There are 3 group study rooms and 12 individual study rooms in our library. With a total of 300,000 volumes of publications and electronic resources consisting of books and journals, it serves the city and university of Çankırı. All printed books can be scanned in the library management system and tracked with RFID (Radio Frequency Identification technology) in borrowing and returning processes. In addition to the printed collection, access to various electronic resources is provided. It is possible to use all purchased or subscribed databases and publications on all computers and mobile devices included in the university network within the university campus. Off-campus user authorization is also available for remote access 24/7. Thanks to the cooperation in university libraries, publications that are not in the printed and electronic collection can be obtained from the libraries of other higher education institutions within the scope of interlibrary lending and document provision services. In line with the information requirements of our students and academicians, the collection of printed and electronic resources is enriched day by day.
