Hüseyin ODABAŞ
Born in Artvin in 1973, Huseyin ODABAŞ graduated from Ankara University Department of Archiving in 1996. He was appointed as a research assistant in the Department of Librarianship at Ataturk University In 1997. In 2007, he completed his doctoral studies in the Department of Information and Document Management at Ankara University Institute of Social Sciences with his thesis titled "Electronic Document Management and Public Institutions and Organizations". In 2008, he was appointed as an assistant professor in the Department of Information and Document Management at Ataturk University. In 2011, he was promoted to associate professor. In 2015, he started working in the Department of Information and Document Management at Çankırı Karatekin University. In 2016, he received the title of professor and continues to serve in the same department.
He has done numerous academic studies in the field of information science, including document management, information management, reading habits, open access, manuscript librarianship, in the form of articles, books, projects and papers; he has served as the head of the department, faculty board member and coordinator.
